Stefano Battaglia is the Founder and CEO of Novaro Group, a property investment and buyers agency grounded in honesty, relationships and real results. Growing up in the Sutherland Shire, Stefano began his career in real estate, later establishing himself in the Eastern Suburbs before expanding into construction and development across Sydney.

With over 10 years of experience across real estate, construction and development, he brings a practical, fundamentals-driven approach to identifying value, managing risk and guiding clients with confidence.

Vince Battaglia - Construction & Development

With over 40 years in construction and development, Vince brings unmatched expertise across residential, commercial and government projects. His career is built on precision, integrity and strong project leadership, having delivered large scale developments across Sydney.

At Novaro Group, Vince oversees the development and construction advisory side of the business, ensuring every property is assessed with the depth and discipline of a seasoned developer. His involvement elevates the standard of advice we deliver, adding a level of expertise few buyers ever have access to.

Claire Styles - Legal & Conveyancing

Claire has over 17 years of experience across property law, conveyancing, litigation and asset protection. Having advised buyers, sellers, investors and high-net-worth clients, she brings a practical understanding of real estate as both a legal process and a wealth-building tool.

Claire founded C Legal & Co over 5 years ago with a simple goal: to help people navigate property transactions with confidence and clarity. Her direct, practical approach helps clients identify risks early, protect their interests and make informed decisions.

Philip Monardo - Legal & Conveyancing

Philip Monardo is the principal of Monardo Solicitors, a long-standing Sydney legal practice established in 1986. Known for his commercial insight and "can-do" approach, he has advised on major matters including the privatisation of the Sydney Swans, complex real estate transactions and key franchise/licencing agreements for brands such as Barbeques Galore, Fletcher’s Fotographics and Oporto.

Philip works closely with Novaro Group, providing trusted legal support across their operations and helping guide the business as it grows under its umbrella brand

Tifany Slabiski - Marketing Manager

Tifany leads the marketing and brand direction at Novaro Group, ensuring a clear, consistent and premium presence across all platforms. With experience across digital strategy, content creation and brand development, she plays a key role in how Novaro is positioned in the market.

She oversees social media, campaigns and overall brand identity, combining creativity with strategic thinking to strengthen Novaro’s presence and support ongoing growth. Her work ensures the brand reflects the quality and professionalism behind the business.

Christopher Newell - Construction & Renovation

Chris is the Director of Blackburn Build and a highly skilled carpenter with extensive experience across residential construction and renovations. His hands-on background brings practical, real-world insight to every project.

He supports Novaro Group clients with build assessments, renovation guidance and cost insights, helping identify opportunities to add value through smart improvements. Clients are always free to use their own preferred trades, however Chris is available to assist where needed.

Nick Ikon - Property Management | North Sydney Specialist

Director of Property Management at Forsyth and a trusted partner of Novaro Group, Nick is known for his client-first approach and strong understanding of Sydney’s lifestyle-driven markets, having managed a portfolio of over 200 properties early in his career. His professionalism and reliability have earned him strong trust among clients.

He supports Novaro Group clients with ongoing property management and guidance throughout ownership and investment. Clients are always free to use their own preferred manager, however Nick is available to assist where needed.

Adriano Battaglia is the Co-Founder of Pantera Property Group, specialising in property maintenance and facilities management across residential, commercial, and industrial assets.

With over a decade of experience behind the camera, she works closely with Novaro Group to deliver high quality photography and visual content across social media, client success stories and brand marketing. Her ability to capture authentic moments, people and properties helps elevate the Novaro Group brand and create engaging content across all digital platforms.
